If you are not able to power on your Segway, please read before submitting your service request.
To pin point whether or not your machine is not turning on because of a battery issue, follow this simple diagnostic procedure.
1) Make sure your Segway is turned off.
2) Connect the charging chord to the Segway.
3) Look at the center of the foot panel and determine if there are 2 solid or flashing green lights.
4) If there is 1 solid red light, that means that you have 1 dead battery. If there are 2 red lights, that means that you have 2 dead batteries.
